Applying for college or trade school is a time of self-discovery and becoming who you are.

It takes more than guts to have big dreams for your future — it also takes planning, information, support, resources and people to count on. Bridges Project for Education is here to guide the process of deciding which schools and programs are right for you.

We help students with applications and financial aid, and guide students in making informed choices about the best college for their needs (income, learning style) and academic, career and life goals.

A college education can offer: subject knowledge; trade mastery; a new profession; or degrees that increase income and their benefits.

Bridges believes that when individuals succeed, so do their family, community, and by extension, the world.

Who we serve:

  • Maximize your high school years by setting goals and exploring paths to your ultimate destination. Landing the career that’s right for you is more than just getting into college or vocational school. Our counseling services can help set goals and keep your high school years focused on your future.

  • It’s never too late to change course. We work with older and nontraditional prospective students to explore advanced degrees and career switches. Wherever you are at in life, we can help you through the college and vocational / trade school application process.

  • Bridges works with schools in Taos County and Northern New Mexico. Contact us to discuss ways we can connect our resources with your students.

“Bridges pushed me to apply to the University of Hawaii and ultimately led me to my dream school. Every day I am thankful I made the college decision I did, and I never could have made that decision without the support and guidance of Bridges.”
