The Jeannette Rankin Women’s Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to low-income women, ages 35 and older. Each scholarship is worth $2,000. Funds can be used to pay for school-related expenses, transportation and childcare. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are pursuing an undergraduate education – either technical or vocational training, or an associate’s or first bachelor’s degree – at an accredited college or university in the United States.
The application includes your goals and how you will achieve them; education, work and volunteer history; financial information, recommendation letters transcripts and proof of acceptance or enrollment.
